The AEOS user group is a platform for AEOS users to exchange ideas with other AEOS users and the manufacturer about AEOS and security management in general.  

Foundation
In 2005 Nedap Security Management took the initiative to establish the AEOS user group after she had been consulted by several companies for such possibility. The user group consists of a number of AEOS end users gathering several times a year to discuss AEOS security management related topics.

Who can be a member of the AEOS user group?
The AEOS user group is intended for large (international) companies and organizations using AEOS as a multi-site solution. 

Objectives of the AEOS user group
The objective of the AEOS user group is to create a platform for AEOS users. With this platform Nedap enables the AEOS users to get in touch with each other to exchange information about the possibilities of the AEOS system. With the knowledge gained from the user group, AEOS users can optimize the added value of AEOS for their company. Furthermore problems can be discussed and questions can be asked directly to the manufacturer.

AEOS user group meetings
The content of a user group meeting may vary each time because the agenda is being determined by the needs of the different users. This can either be a specific topic like ‘optimizing the companies’ security policy by means of AEOS’ or a structural and informal consultation to ask questions to other users or Nedap. 

The user group meetings are organized several times a year and can take place at Nedap or at the location of one of the members.
